What this is

This site is a distilled retelling of six years of school and university programming-contest results — not a raw archive. Every contest, problem, and result on it has been re-composed into readable English from primary documents: jury protocols, archived contest sites, and photographed diplomas. Nothing here is a scan dump; it is a curated narrative built on top of one.

Method

Problem statements are re-told in English from the original Ukrainian or Russian documents — condensed and clarified, not machine-translated verbatim. Results and standings are taken from official jury protocols and archived contest pages, most of them recovered through the Wayback Machine. Every fact on this site is traceable back to a specific source, listed either inline as a footnote or in the section below.

Omissions

• —The 1999–2000 Kyiv city-stage protocols were lost and could not be reconstructed.
• —Original problem statements for SEERC 2003 were not preserved.
